Stress is a big word and so so common. There are many reasons for stress; and are multiple routes to reduce stress. In this course, we are going to learn how to reduce stress by prioritising better.
Stress has many triggers. Did you know guilt can be one of them? Learn how unloading your guilt helps relieve stress.
The burden of expectations can make you feel guilty no matter how well you’re doing. Giving your very best both at work and at home? You might still beat yourself up for “not doing enough”.
Understand your toxic guilt, reassess your priorities, learn how to say NO, and manage expectations (both of others and your own). Prioritise to be stress free with these 4 sessions.
Here’s what each session is about:
* Understand how guilt makes prioritising harder
* Learn the 5 steps to overcoming guilt
* Learn how to prioritise effectively
* Practise saying NO to reduce your burden

This icon pack is just what I need for my latest project. There's an icon for just about anything I could ever need. Love the playful look!
Blown away by how polished this icon pack is. Everything looks so consistent and each SVG is optimized out of the box so I can use it directly with confidence. It would take me several hours to create a single icon this good, so it's a steal at this price.
Each thrive skill has been designed to increase our awareness about our emotions in the context of the topic. In addition, they teach you methods to manage emotions constructively and effectively towards a goal using tools that are used regularly in psychotherapy. When you practise these methods regularly, they help you manage everyday emotions easily.
The live sessions will need 45mins once a week for 4 weeks. In addition, we recommend you spend 10 minutes per day to practise the learnings in real life.
Currently we are offering this course in English only.
